Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable to pay the cancellation fees shown below.

More than 60 days before arrival date = full refund

30-59 days before arrival date = 50% of the total booking charges 

Less than 30 days before arrival = 100% of the total booking charges (minus cleaning fee). If we can rebook the dates, we will do a full refund minus $250 admin fee and booking fees. 

There will be no refunds if the guest voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the reservation before the end of their stay.
